born in June, 1936 at Marti Village, Lere Dis trict; Self educated through the assis tance of Missionaries; started Evanglical work in 1952; Church secretary from 1962-67; attend S.I.M. Bible School, Salanga, 1962-67; became Christian Religious Instructor (CIR) at at Zango Lere District 1968. Attended Gindiri Pastors College when he trai ned as a pastor 1969-72; and ordained as a Reverend pastor 1973; worked from 1974-75 at Boi before he was transfered to Bauchi; former member, Tafawa Balewa council from its incep tion up till 1966. Married with six children; Elected NPP member of Bauchi State House of Assembly for Lere North.
