Alhaji Ashiru Abubakar Mani, an elected member of the Assembly, represents Mani Federal Constituency of Katsina State. He was born on March 15, 1955 in Mani his home town, in Katsina State. He obtained the West African School Cer tificate in 1964, B.Sc. from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1971 and P.G.D.E. from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1972, He is a civil servant. Alhaji Mani is married with fifteen children and his hobbies are farming and reading.
