Mr. Bukar Mele an elected member of the Assembly, represents Nguru Central Federal Constituency of Borno State. He was born on January 15, 1955 in Nguru his home town. He attended Nguru Ngilewa Senior Primary School, Nguru between 1962 and 1968. From 1969 to 1973, he went to Government Secondary School, Gonye before attending the North East College of Arts and Science (NECAS), Maiduguri from 1973 to 1975. In 1975, he gain ed admission to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he graduated in 1977. Mr. Mele is married with two children and his hobbies are photography, hockey, horse racing and travelling. He is presently the Managing-Director of Stata (Nigeria) Limited.
