Since he was elected to the post, he has made tremendous efforts to move the association forward. Besides he was elected to the office as a result ofhis track record ofpositive contributions to the development of Maritime Business in Nigeria. Heis an amiable personality, with unassuming nature. Ilis politeness and attractive personality have been a factor to client and customer attraction. His leadership style in lhe companies and the professional association has been oneof service and directional and progressive movement. Mr Ngwube is a verycommitted Anglican Christian and he is married and they are blessed with children. His advice to Ndi-Igbo ingeneral is 'Do things with one accord"- Ndi Igbo Kwennl- Ndi Igbo agree and unite!
