The follower will trust the leader if he/she has integrity. Nigeria and some Organisations failed because of quality of Leadership. No leader can lead successfully and achieve results without integrity". The situations in the country will only change and improve if the citizens and Communities will rise tothechallenges and insist onhaving Leaders with proven integrity. Itis not sycophancy ororatories that counts but when it conies to effective leadership. We need Leaders we can trust who have credibility. No enlightened mind can trust a dishonest people. Integrityis not heories of speech, it is a practical attributes that must show in the way you conduct yourselves if indeed you have it. It is not cheap commodity and hat is what makes the difference between effective leaders and non-performance.
