(NPP) was born in 1940 at Uli in Ihiala Local Government area. He represents Ihiala South-East Constituency. He had his primary school education at Holy Cross School, Uli and St. Bonaventure's School, Nimo. He later studied at the P.T.C. and E.C.T. Nimo where he got lus Teachers Grade 11 Certificate. He also has the G.C.E. Ordinary and Advanced Level Certifi cates. Hon. Nnaeto taught for several years before securing appointment with the Aba Textile Ltd., as a Super visor. He later went into private busi ness. He is interested in football and lawn tennis and is married with five children.
