He has been involved in running the administrative arm ofthe ministry and has made enormous contribution to the growth of education in different parts of Nigeria. Besides administration, Dr Nwaubani has equally made big contribution to teaching and research. He is in other words deeply involved in academia and education. He was born on May 25"'. 1961 to the family of Nwaubani of Eziama Ubakala. Dr Nwaubani is a strong Christian and is married with Children. His advice to the Youths is: "to be focused and regain confidence and strive fully to reclaim the rights of the Igbo ". For the Igbo Leaders: "they should be focused as well as mobilize Ohanaeze to unite Ndigbo ".
