NWOBODO Ogbu

(NPN) was born on January 10, 1938 at Akpugo in Nkanu Local Government area. He re presents Nkanu Central Constituency in the State Assembly. He schooled at E.T.C., Awgu and St. Charles College, Onitsha where he obtained the Tea chers Grade II Certificate. He later proceeded to the University of Ibadan and the University College, London. He holds the B.A. degree in History and the Post Graduate Certificate in Archives Administration. Hon. Nwo bodo taught for some years before joining the Federal Civil Service as an Archivist from where he retired volun tarily to enter politics. He is interested in lawn tennis and reading and believes in justice and fairplay to all. He also believes in politics with honour and decency, peace unity and progress and service to the people. He intensely hates discrimination and any form of oppression. He is married with five children.
