He served briefly in the 2'"1 part of the 2'"1 Republic before it was toppled by the military coup of 1983. Senator Nzeribe came back to the Senate in 1999 earlier before 1999; he also served as a Senatorduring IBB short-lived Civilian Regime and in 1998 won another seat on the platform DPN. but was not inaugurated and has served consistently since then. His wealth of experience in international business, diplomacy and length of service in Nigeria elected democratic system puts him ai a very big advantage over his peers. Senator Nzeribe is a maverick and fast-thinking machine who is bold and fearless. I Ie does not mind if he stands alone on any issue. He is seen by some as a controversial figure, other see him as a resolute and focused individual whose analytical mind does not do with sentiments.
