Chief Fremabo Obufa was born in his hometown, Bukuma on March 25, 1946. He is an elected member from Degema II Constituency. Chief Obufa obtained the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies in 1978; a B.A. (Hons) in Economics, 1980 and M.Sc. (Business Administration), 1981. He is a university lecturer. Married with five children - three boys and two girls, Chief Obufa's hobbies are fishing and farming.
