Chief Adeagbo Folorunso Odeniyi was born on March 21, 1939, in Oluponna, Oyo State. He is an elected member from Iwo East Federal Constituency, Oyo State. Chief Odeniyi obtained the West African School Certificate in 1958 and passed the Cam bridge Higher School Certificate in 1960. In 1964, he obtained the Bachelor of Arts degree in English language from the University of Ibadan. His main interest is the development of local communities. He is President, Oluponna Development Association, President, Iwo and District Development Congress and President, Rotary Club of Iwo (1988-1989). Chief Odeniyi is also an integrated farmer and industrialist. He is married to Chief (Mrs.) Bolajoko Odeniyi and they have eight children. His hobbies are music and active participation in community development project.
