Professor Ogbuagu re-iterates "May God record all God's creation who are committed to transparently serving humanity. May Leaders of the Third World (Developing Nations) help their individual nations to transcend their marginal status/location in the World Comity of Nations. May they focus their leadership/attention towards poverty alleviation/eradication in the society/country so that the black race in particular will join the values of developed and progressive nations/politics in the planet earth. May the Leadership of the peoples and nations of the Third World, cooperate among themselves via economic, political and intellectual relationship to transcend their marginality in the global setting particularly in the global or globalizing world. May the developed areas of the world accept the incontrovertible fact that there is mutual interest and need to foster and encourage and sustain development and progress among North and South of the global system.
