Although currently she is based in this university, her academic, social, professional and administrative services cut across international and national borders. Professor Mrs Stella Ogbuagu has been involved in many community development projects. • Contributed immensely in motivating women for self-help projects. • Women empowerment programmes for education and employment of women • Founder,coordinator of Women in Nigeria( WIN) Calabar Chapter to sensitive women to fight for their rights and challenge the Government to improve the lots of women and children. • Full Member of Christian Women Organisations like Mothers Union and Women's Guild of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) working for improvement of women and families. • Presented lectures for Drivers.
