(NPP) was born in 1923 at Nibo in Awka Local Government area. He re- presents Awka South Constituency in the Anambra House of Assembly and holds the Government Class Four Certificate. Hon. Okeke has been in business for a long time and was the Direc tor of BOSE, a construction Company of B. Okeke & Sons Enterprises. A good servant of his people, he was once a member of Enugu Urban Council. He believes that modesty and honesty are the real essence of life. He is married with eleven children.
