NPP) who represents Nnewi South Constituency in the State House of Assembly was born on 22nd November, 1922 at Ukpor in Nnewi Local Government area. Hon. Okeke who holds the Teachers Grade II Certificate has been a long time community leader and building contractor. He is interested in gardening and advocates "fair deal to fellow human beings." He is married with fourteen children.
