(NPP) whose philosophy of life is "Peace, Progress and Development", was born on 23rd September, 1947 at Ebenebe in Awka Local Government area. He represents Awka North in the State Legislature. He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan with B.A. (Hons.) and also holds the Post Graduate Diploma in Education. He taught for several years and rose to the post of a school principal before he went into politics,. He is married with four children.
