Mr. Oluwo (Epe Central) was born in December 12th. 1928. Mr. Oluwo passed his elementary education, and Secretarial Courses and.Book-keeping. He started his working career with The British Bata Shoes Company, as a Shorthand-Typist in 1952. Mr. Oluwo, later joined the motor industries, National Motors Nigeria Limited in June 1962 as a confidential secretary where he raise to company secretary and administrative manager in 1974. He left the service and became a private businessman, before he was appointed member for Lagos State Central Licensing Authority for one Year. An Ex-Councillor, Epe Local Go vernment, Mr. Oluwo, is married with children.
