(NPP) was born in 1945 at Ihakpu-Awka in Igbo-Eze Local Government Area and represents Igbo-Eze East Constituency in the State Legislature. He schooled at St. Patrick's Primary School, Ihakpu- Awka and St. Mary's Primary School, Ogurute. Enugu-Ezike and came out successfully with the First School Leaving Certificate. Hon. Omeke who was in business before his election to the State House of Assembly is mar ried with six children.
