Mr. Josef Oligie Omorotionmwan, an elected member, represents Orhionmwon Federal Constituency, Bendel State. He was born in Oghada-Benin on December 14, 1948. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Criminal Justice (1977); Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers University, New Jersey (1978) and a Certificate in Budgetary Analysis (1982). Mr. Omorotionmwan is a management consultant and a commentator on contemporary issues. He is married with six children. His hobbies are farming, reading, writing and swimming.
