Produced enough food for the state during his tenure by encouraging new technological methods of agriculture. • Chairman, Imo State Agricultural and Development Project, • Chairman, Management Committee of the Local Government Agro-Industrial Development Fund • He touched the lives of people at the grassroots with positive policy fonnulation and implementation that granted loans, and offered grants to food production experts. • He encouraged massive production of food for the improvement of living standard of the people Professor O.C Onwudike is a great man who has used his intellectual gifts and administrative positions to help human beings and has been consistent in rendering selfless services to the community.
