Minister of Police Affairs, is from Ogwashi-Ukwu in BendelState. He was born on 10th September, 1938 and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmmigham and wascalledto the Bar at the Grays Inn, London. In 1965 he enrolled as Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Supreme Court of Nigeria. Helecturedat the Nigerian Law School from 19681979. He is married and has seven children.
