OSOBASE, L.S.M. (Ambassador)

Ambassador L.S.M. Osobase, an elected member, represents Okpebho Federal Constituency, Bendel State. He was born in Irrua, Bendel State on January 26, 1925. He began his educational career at Irrua and Ekpoma, 1933—40, and attended Government College, Ibadan, 1941 —46 and University of Exeter, Devon, 1953—55. He also attended Geneva Africa Institute, Switzerland, 1955-56. Ambassador Osobase is a retired Ambassador and has held Board appointments in Bendel State. He is currently a member of the Governing Council of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru. He is married with eight children. His hobbies are cricket, swimming and golf.
