(NPP) was born on July 7, 1924 at Nde Ote. Amaebelu, Abiriba in Arochukwu/Oha fia Local Government Area. He recei ved his education at C.S.M. School Abiriba 1931-40. He took to trading after he left school and served as an apprentice for she years under Messrs I. Onwuka and Company Limited. He has since 1943, been in business. Chief Otah has travelled to many parts of the world. He is the chairman/mana ging director of Ibe Agbai &Company (Nigeria) Limited, Lagos. He is married and has children. He plays the game of billiard. His philosophy is "hardwork, fairplay and love for others."
