Ibrahim Babangida • At Nigerdock. he helped in the construction of a FlareBuoy forTexaco in 1992. • Also in the Construction of a Calm Buoy for Imdoco of Los Angeles Healso helped in the Construction of three Gun Supports for the Nigerian Navy in 1993. At Nigerdock. a 1000 passenger twin hull ferry boat (Catamaran) vvas built for the Lagos State Government Commissioned Mrs. Marian Abacha in January 1995. He vvas instrumental to the endownment of a Professional Chair in Engineering Economics at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology Nigeria Awards and Honours • He is a recipient ofthe 1988 "IX INTERNATIONAL TROPHY FOR TECHNOLOGY" for his contribution to the development of Marine Services in the Third World Countries by the Trade Leaders Club.
