(Ebute Metta North) was born in November 5th, 1934. He had his elementary edu cation at St. Judes School and Secon dary education at National High School Ebute-Metta where he left in form four. He was a businessman be fore he is elected to the Lagos State House of Assembly. He is married with five children. Mr. Emmanuel 0. Uebiyi (Yaba I) wasborn in April25th. 1918. He had his Cambridge Certificate from Baptist Academy in 1939. He was a businessman and a former Councillor to the Lagos City Council before he was elected to the Lagos State House of Assembly. Mr. Uebiyi is married with seven children
