Mr. Bappa Lawal Toro, an elected member, represents, Toro Federal Constituency, Bauchi State. He was born in Toro on April 13, 1951. He attended Toro Primary School from 1957 to 1960; Bauchi Senior Primary School, 1961 to 1963 and Government Secondary School, Bauchi, 1964 to 1968. For his post secondary education, he attended Kaduna Polytechnic, 1969 to 1971; Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria,. 1979—1981 and University of Birmingham, England from 1985 to 1987. He is a public servant. He is married with seven children. His hobbies are tennis and reading.
