Dr. Eddie Sagini Ugboma, an elected member, represents Isoko Federal Constituency, Bendel State. He was born on August 26, 1947 in Ivorogbo-lrri, Bendel State. He obtained a Diploma in Agriculture, B.A. Political Science in 1974; Master of Arts, History in 1976 and Ph.D. History in 1984. He is a lecturer at the University of Benin. Dr. Ugboma is married with six children. His hobbies are sports, music and reading.
