Mr. Joseph Kenneth lorhemba Ugela, an elected member, represents Gwer East Federal Constituency, Benue State. He was born on February 5, 1945 in Apir, Benue State. He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) in 1970, Master of Science in Social Sciences in 1975 and became an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) in 1974. He is a Director-General in the Benue State Civil Service. Mr. Ugela is married with seven children. His hobbies are hunting, badminton, lawn tennis, gardening, football and listening to the radio.
