Dr. Paul Oluohu Ukpo, a nominated member was born on September 2, 1951 in Okpoma-O'goja, Cross River State. He obtained his B.Sc (Hons) in Applied Physics from University of Benin in 1974, D.Sc. in Radiation/Nuclear Science from John Hopkins University, USA in 1980 and a Post Doctoral Certificate from the same University in 1981. He is a nuclear scientist and an entrepreneuer. Dr. Ukpo is married with three children. His hobbies are sports and reading.
