Alhaji K.A. Musa Waila, an elected member, represents Mubi Federal Constituency, Gongola State. He was born in 1951 in Duvu, Mubi. He obtained a Diploma in Education, 1978, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in 1978, P.G.D.E. in 1981 and M.Ed. Sociology in 1987. He is a civil servant. Alhaji Waila is married with seven children. His hobbies are farming and reading.
