He was senior industrial officer/principal administra tive officer, Federal Ministry of Indus tries, 1958-66; Industrial Engineer, Industries section, Department of Operations, African Development Bank, Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Novem ber 1966-November 1968; Head of industrial section, Department of Operations, African Development Bank, Abidjan, Ivory Coast, February 1970 - December 1975; controller of operations, Central Investment Com pany, Enugu, Anambra State, Nigeria, February, 1976-May 1978.
